This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products sold by Valdie USA LLC. Specific conditions depend on the type of product purchased (custom-made vs. standard stock items), as detailed below.
Custom-Made Products
Our GUTS Racing seats and seat covers (and any other made-to-order products) are manufactured based on the exact specifications you select (colors, material, firmness, logo placement, and other options). Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customer ordering errors or change of mind, including incorrect color, material, firmness, or model selections. Please review your configuration carefully before completing your purchase.
Standard Stock Products
Non-customized, in-stock products (such as tools, accessories, and parts that are not made to order) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. To be eligible, you must contact us first at info@valdieusa.com with your order number to request a return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If any item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we will make it right. Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@valdieusa.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Please keep all original shipping packaging, as damage claims are processed through the shipping carrier.
Warranty
Seat covers carry a 90-day warranty against stitching defects. This warranty does not cover damage from staples, normal wear and tear (boot rubbing, punctures, etc.), or improper installation. To file a warranty claim, email info@valdieusa.com with photos of the product and your order number. Warranty coverage on other products, if any, will be stated on the individual product page. There is no warranty on parts, accessories, or apparel unless otherwise noted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund except in cases of defect or shipping damage: custom-made or made-to-order products, items marked as final sale, and any item not in its original condition or returned more than 30 days after delivery. Certain products may carry additional restrictions, which will be noted on the product page.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed; please allow additional time for it to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
For approved returns (defective or damaged items), return shipping instructions will be provided. For warranty claims, we will generally provide a prepaid return label. Customers are responsible for return shipping on all other cases. Please do not send any product back without first contacting us for authorization.
