Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout, as customers are responsible for any costs resulting from an incorrect address.

Shipping Cost

Eligible GUTS Racing products (seats, seat covers, and seat foam) qualify for FREE standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Shipping rates for other product categories, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing & Production Time

Our GUTS Racing seats and seat covers are custom-made to order based on the options you select. Please allow approximately 10–15 business days for your item to be manufactured and prepared for shipment. This production time does not include transit time.

Transit Time

Once your order has been produced and shipped, standard delivery within the United States typically takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Estimated total delivery time (production + transit) is approximately 13–22 business days. These are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier information so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays

During periods of high demand, production or shipping times may be longer than usual. If a significant delay affects your order, we will notify you by email. Valdie USA LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at info@valdieusa.com within 3 business days of the expected or actual delivery date, with your order number and photos if applicable. Please keep all original packaging, as carrier claims require it.
